Together we can work one on one to find a yoga practice that meets you where you are and works within your guidelines to be the most beneficial for you. If you think you can't 'do yoga' because you are so inflexible, you've found the right guide!
If you prefer pure relaxation you can choose an assisted stretching session.
If you are very stressed we can combine relaxing breath work, stretches, and guided meditations like Yoga Nidra and formulate a plan of self care.
If you are a beginner with anxiety about a group class we can cover yoga basics and give you tools and strategies for home practice and dealing with challenges that come up in group class formats.
If you have physical limitations we can explore a modified practice for therapeutic benefits or have an assisted stretching therapy session.
Sessions can be scheduled at any one of my Maine locations, or via Skype.
