ACUPUNCTURE: Practiced in China and other Asian countries for thousands of years, acupuncture is a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Acupuncture, put simply, involves stimulating specific points along meridians to help provide relief from ailments that affect the body and mind. From a biomedical perspective, acupuncture helps relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and restore homeostasis. Acupuncture does not hurt. A treatment typically allows people to enter a deeply relaxed state, allowing the body-mind to heal with more efficiency.

YOGA NIDRA is a specific type of guided meditation which leads you through connection with the 5 sheaths of your being (physical, prana/energy, mental, intellect, and bliss koshas). They get damaged and blocked by the traumas we experience in our lives, and the superconscious state of yoga nidra helps us to heal and reintegrate them. It is essentially the yogic version of a shamanic soul retrieval. The superconscious state of yoga nidra has been shown to accelerate healing and learning.
