Group Sessions:

Mindful Flow Yoga: A well rounded class starting with gentle stretches and breath awareness to increase mobility, some core building & standing postures, and a nice long savasana. Focus is on mindful movement, breath awareness, alignment
& body awareness, strengthening & relaxing into the postures. Often includes Tibetan Singing Bowl healing.
Level: Moderate, beginners and all levels
Lewiston Sundays 10-11:15am at Chill Yoga. $15 drop-ins. Package discounts available by purchasing a Chill class pass.
SAVE TIME and register for this or any other class at Chill's schedulicity!
Weld Mondays 9:30-11am at the town office Oct-May, in the town hall June-Sept. $10, drop ins welcome (but please rsvp)

Private sessions

Together we can work to find a yoga practice that meets you where you are and works within your guidelines to be the most beneficial for you. If you think you can't 'do yoga' because you are so inflexible, you've found the right guide!  
If you are very stressed we can combine relaxing breath work, stretches, and guided meditations like Yoga Nidra and formulate a plan of stress management. 
If you are a beginner with anxiety about a group class we can cover yoga basics and give you tools and strategies for home practice and dealing with challenges that come up in group class formats.
If you have physical limitations we can explore a modified practice for therapeutic benefits or have an assisted stretching therapy session.
If you prefer pure relaxation you can choose an assisted stretching session (Thai Yoga Bodywork).

Private sessions can be scheduled at any one of my Maine locations, or via Skype.
