Are you interested in an intimate and unique Thai Yoga Bodywork training?
Students will learn Thai Yoga Bodywork movement therapy and be able to perform up to 3 hour sessions. Thai Bodywork is a wonderful blend of gentle assisted stretching, joint opening movements, and acupressure to open the sen lines (vital life force pathways) of the body, and is performed fully clothed on a massage table or traditionally on a floor futon. We will cover supine, prone, side lying, seated postures, sen line work and abdominal work.
A UNIQUE ASPECT of this training, in addition to observation & hands on partnered demonstrations, is that participants will have open practice time to work directly on me & receive from me. This is an extraordinary opportunity to get direct feedback from the teacher. This training is open to ANYONE interested in learning and practicing this movement based therapy. LMT's, yoga teachers, and anyone interested in learning a healing art are all welcome.
I am highly recommending that most people start with the table thai training, as the floor work is challenging for most practitioners and additionally LMTs have a really hard time incorporating a floor practice with their existing table massage clientele. Either training is easily adapted from one to the other, you could do a private session and/or I will eventually be having periodical day workshops for logistics of adapting your floor thai to the table or vice versa.
I encourage those taking the training to start ASAP with a mind/body/spirit practice (yoga, tai chi, qigong) to strengthen the core, increase mobility, and begin connecting with/managing your energy. I also recommend to otherwise increase or implement a regular self-care routine. Upon registration you will receive a 3 month membership to my online yoga studio with 180+ videos on demand in addition to live stream classes.
Table or Floor Thai training 40 hrs: $900 tuition. Payment plans available.

Online Hybrid Option $400 for LMTs or experienced Thai practitioners ONLY: Self-paced online video Table Thai training possible for LMTs with one scheduled 4 hour in-person 1-on-1 session to demonstrate proficiency for certification (must have a conversation with me before enrolling).
