Group Online Yoga Classes
Sundays 10-11am Mindful Flow through Chill Yoga $12 drop in/$10 seniors/chill class passes

Mobility or Relaxation Sessions (in person or online)
This could be a purely relaxing experience for you: one hour of yoga nidra guided meditation restores the body similarly to 6 hrs of deep sleep, and with regular practice can improve the overall quality of your sleep. Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative healing state that will release tension in the body, enhance your vital energy and leave you with a greater sense of peace and well being. 

OR…together we could find a gentle mobility or yoga practice that meets you where you are and within your guidelines to be the most beneficial for you. If you think you can't 'do yoga' because you are so inflexible, you've found the right guide!  If you are very stressed we can combine relaxing breath work, stretches, and guided meditations like Yoga Nidra and formulate a plan of stress management. 

You let me know if you prefer pure relaxation, or if there is anything specific you have always wanted to focus on!
